This thoughtful and traditional process allows every kernel to pack its own natural flavorful depth. Be sure to try each variety - blue, red, yellow, and calico - as each carries its own hearty flavor. We recommend popping it in cast-iron and snacking on it as is as you prepare your evening meal or gather with friends. Elevate your artisan popcorn batch even more by pairing with flaky sea salts, your favorite fresh herbs, and olive oil in place of butter.
